International criminal court fails to indict Ratzinger

Priests are not above the law – it’s official !

Attempts by a Catholic diocese to evade responsibility for child sexual abuse carried out by one of it’s priests have failed. It was argued that as priests have no formal contract of employment the diocese should not be responsible.
